ProStreet might have been able to get away with licenses for McLaren and the Bugatti because the races were controlled and fully legal. Ferrari doesn't want its cars connected in any way with illicit racing (i.e., the street races that Undercover will undoubtedly possess). I seriously doubt EA will get a Ferrari license.

There are a lot of people who like the AE86, just like there are a lot of people who like old American muscle cars, or old European exotics.
